Company Identity

The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.

Applicable Products

This document applies across SZLK products. Product-specific service facts, data practices, prices, risks, or territorial terms appear in the relevant product supplement. If the documents conflict, the product supplement controls only for that product and only for the stated difference. Neither document limits mandatory rights that apply to the user.

What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies may store information on a user's device or access information from it. Cookie rules may apply even where the information is not directly identifying.

Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies are used only where strictly required to transmit a communication, protect security, authenticate a user, preserve a basket or consent choice, ensure checkout integrity, or provide a feature expressly requested by the user. This exception is not extended to analytics, advertising, or convenience alone.

Analytics Technologies

Analytics technologies help measure product usage, performance, page views, feature adoption, errors, and user journeys. Where consent is required, analytics must remain disabled until the user actively opts in.

Marketing and Personalisation Technologies

Marketing or personalisation technologies may support advertising, attribution, cross-context tracking, campaign measurement, or personalised recommendations. Unless a product supplement confirms otherwise, SZLK's first shared position is that these technologies are off by default and not used for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Accept and Reject Choices

Where consent is required, the product presents equally clear choices to accept all or reject all non-essential technologies, with a further option to choose by purpose. Refusing optional technologies will not unfairly block a service that can be provided without them.

Managing Preferences

Users can review and change non-essential technology choices at any time through the cookie controls displayed in the product. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Withdrawal stops future optional processing, while a limited consent record may be retained where needed to demonstrate and respect the choice.

Third-Party Technologies

Third parties may use device technologies for payment, authentication, embedded content, or analytics. Optional third-party technologies are not loaded before the required consent. Where a third party acts as an independent controller, the product identifies that fact and provides access to the relevant privacy information.

Browser and Device Controls

Users may also block or delete cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking necessary technologies may cause authentication, checkout, security, preference saving, or core features to fail.

Where to Read and Use This Document

This document forms part of the legal terms shown in the product being used. Users can complete account, billing, cancellation, cookie, refund, and privacy actions through the controls displayed in that product. General legal and support questions may be emailed to hello@szlk.ai; privacy questions and rights requests may be emailed to dpo@szlk.ai.

Language Versions

Published language versions are governed to communicate the same rights, duties, and choices. If wording differs, SZLK will interpret the versions consistently, will not rely on an ambiguity to disadvantage a user, and will respect mandatory local law and mandatory local-language requirements.

Changes to This Document

SZLK may update this document to reflect changes in products, law, or operations. If a material change disadvantages users in relation to paid access or legal rights, SZLK will give clear advance notice where required and will provide any cancellation, refund, or consent choice required by law. The effective date identifies the version in force.
