Submission and internal product identity

A submission requires only a product domain and a product description. ShareBid normalizes the domain and uses that normalized domain as its internal product identity anchor so later submissions, referrals, and payments for the same product can be associated. ShareBid does not provide login, registration, a public account, a management email flow, a management link, or display of a Passport identity. Submitting a domain does not prove legal ownership of that domain and does not imply endorsement by the domain operator.

Share Board

Share Board ranks products by qualified visits attributed through ShareBid referral links during a rolling 24-hour window. A visit stops counting when it falls outside that window. ShareBid deduplicates repeated access under its disclosed anti-abuse measurement rules, so repeated requests may count as one qualified visit or may not qualify. Products with the same qualified-visit total are tied; deterministic secondary ordering may be used only to display tied products consistently and does not convert a tie into a higher score.

Bid Board

Bid Board ranks products only by cumulative confirmed payment credited to the normalized product domain. Pending, failed, rejected, or otherwise unconfirmed payments do not count. Products with the same cumulative confirmed amount are tied; deterministic secondary ordering may be used only for consistent display. Refunds, partial refunds, payment disputes, and chargebacks reduce the credited cumulative amount when confirmed, including after a product has appeared on the board. A reduction can lower or remove a product's position.

The boards never mix

Share Board qualified visits never add to, convert into, or determine Bid Board payment totals. Bid Board payments never add to, convert into, or determine Share Board qualified visits. Referral links may attribute qualified Share Board access to the same normalized product domain, but they do not authenticate a user and do not merge the two rankings.

Repeat bids and payment calculation

For a later bid, ShareBid looks up the existing product by its normalized domain, preserves cumulative confirmed payment for that product, and calculates the additional checkout amount needed for the selected bid action under the current price and ranking state. Payment processing is provided through SZLKPassport under an internal product-scoped contract without creating or displaying a ShareBid user account.
